Suggest Medicine Without Steroids
My wife have a dry cough and Max hospital s doctor told him that it is sarcoidosis . He suggested the DEFCORT 12mg after breakfast. After taking the medicine she has some relief but Defcort have some steroid. Please suggest every medicine have steroid for sarcoidosis.

You are right,defcort is a corticosteroid. Let me tell you that corticosteroids are the primary treatment for sarcoidosis. Treatment with corticosteroids relieves symptoms in most people within a few months.
Hydroxychloroquine, an anti-malarial drug is also effective in sarcoidosis apart from immunosuppressant drugs such as azathioprine. Please talk to your doctor for more information.
