Hello Doctor,

I'm Rajendra from Kanpur. I need your advice about my mother, she is diabetic and hbp patient.

She is 65 years old and her diabetic and blood pressure is normal and under control.

From last 3 months on a family friends advice she was taking medicine generic name Glucosamine.

Now she has discontinued it, because it was harmful for her as i came to know that its not recommanded for diabetic patient and its side effect may be seen loss of appetite which is my

mother experienced after taking "Glucosamine" for 3 months.

Now my question is that which medicine she should take for removing the side effect of "Glucosamine" ? and how can she get back same appetite level ?

Kindly give me your valuable advice.
