Hello Dr,

I am having piles problem since more than 4 years and it is sesonal. Generally it raises when season changes and lasts for not more than 4-5 days. Within these days i use to have bleeding and pains while bowl movement. After bowl movement no pains were there for those days.

But this time this problem started since mid November and still its not cured.

Last monday i.e. 25th Dec 2011 I got the heavy pains . So I went to Dr. and he told me there is scar inside my anal region with piles ending grade 2. He advised not to get operated if the pains are not so severe, but if pains are not bearable then i can be get operated. Then there will not be any pains after the surgery.

After the stool passes i get unbearable pains in which i become very uncomfortable. This situation lasts for around 4-5 hours. whenever there is liquid or smooth stool there are less/bearable pains.

For liquid/smooth stool i am taking laxative drugs .

How will fissure heal?

I don't want to go for surgery?

About me:

I am very talkative person. I think a lot . At home normally I am short tempered but outside I am calm. I love to play Table tennins also like to draw .

I have been operated in 1993 for himongiosis.



I dont know but I am habitual to constipation. Thrice a day. Twice along with cigarette.



Smoking : 3-4 cigarettes /Day

Drinking : Twice a week (Whisky)
