Suggest Medicine Other Than Vigora For Erection Problem

I am 53 yrs old man.From 40 yrs of age I had the problem of no erecting and non stay on while having intercourse.I have no any other problem of young age.Now I am having other problems of diabetics,Bp and colustral fro the age of 48.For some time I used a few months before "vigora".I am alergetic to sulfa.Kindly advice what I should do in this matter.Can I continue vigora which gives irritation/pain in stomach.Pls help me.Iam from gujarat,working in the school.

I understand your concern. The erection preoblems in your case is likely due to combination of diabetes and high cholesterol. Some medications like beta blockers prescribed for high blood pressure can also cause problems with erection.

If you are on beta blockers then discuss with your doctor to consider changing them. You could try tadalafil at a dose of 10 mgm every 72 hours and can be increased to 20 mg every 72 hours. Please contact your doctor for a prescription.

If that doesnt work you could try what are called vacuum pumps.
