Suggest Medicine For White Bumps On The Penis Head

Hey doc, I have white bumps on my penis shaft just before the head. They are almost like white heads, im able to some-what pop them but its hard to get all the white stuff out. Once i get the white stuff out, they go away. Is there any washing soap or cream i can use. Thanks

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful to get rid off this. Local application of tretinoin cream also is helpful. Avoid sweaty and greasy environment on genital area as this can increase its occurrence.
