Suggest Medicine For The Following Semen Analysis Report
Hi...My semen report is ... fast movement = 30 percent slow movements =40 percent non-motile =40 percent count/ml = 60(million/ml) total count = 120(million/ejaculation) normal =90 percent abnormal =10 percent pus cell =3...4 viscosity = (+) ph = alkaline colour = whitish voloume = 2 ml kindly advise me the medicines

Semen analysis report you have furnished suggest the following:
1. Volume of 2ml is normal.
2. Reaction alkaline is also normal.
3. The viscosity of + is considered to be normal.
4. Sperm morphology with 90% normal forms is good.
5. The sperm count of 60 million/ml and 120 million/ejaculate is fine.
6. Sperm motility of 40% non-motile is less than normal and needs to be concerned.
7. Pus cells are in normal limits and are not suggesting infection.
Sperm motility can be increased by taking medications containing L-carnitine, Lipoic acid, Selenium, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Zinc, as these elements provide appropriate nutrients as well as creates a suitable environment for improving sperm functions such as motility. Kindly take such medication for 3 months and repeat semen analysis to look for improvement.
