Suggest Medicine For Sinusitis?

Hi! Dr.Bhatti,
I am suffering from Sinus. My X-ray reports says :
PNS ON VIEW
Opaque left and partially opaque right maxillary sinuses - Sinusitis.

One of my freind suggest me to use Flomist Nasal Spray. Can you please advice me what should i do ?

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your diagnosis : Maxillary sinusitis .....

Here are few advises ......

Daily for two to three time take steam inhalation with added eucalyptus oil in hot water ......

More water ....
Fruits more ....

Excess spicy food avoided ....

Take azelestine nasal spray for three days ....

Take antihistaminic drug like benadryl for few days .....

Warm compress appied .....

Mostly this is viral or allergic infection ...

If after five days not improving add cefixime antibiotic for five days. ...

CBC is done ....
