Suggest Medicine For Sinusitis

I have headaches every 2 - 4 weeks or so. They are so severe that I often cannot carry on with work and have to go and lie in a dark room. They are usually focussed on the sides of my nose, temples and around and behind my right eye. I have seen a ENT specialist and he says it is unlikely to be sinusitis. Last year I only had 2 -3 such headaches over the whole year and before that I rarely had any headaches and never severe ones. Any ideas what is going on/ what is wrong with me? I take tramadol for back pain and iron tablets for anaemia as well as fluticasone and fexofenadine supposedly to help with the sinus headaches and movocol to counter constipation caused by tramadol and iron tablets.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be realted ot migraine.
This result is based on the fact that the ENT specialist has already excluded sinusitis.
I sugges using anti inflamamtoyr medication such as Acetominophen.
If the headache continue, you should consult a neurologist for a specific treatment such as Triptans.
Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
