Hi...

Welcome to healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of loose stool and abdominal rumpling that may be because of overgrowth of bacteria or other reasons. Infection may lead to this type of symptoms Food allergy or laxative use also lead to this.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
Abdominal x ray can done if needed..
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..
Probiotic also helpful.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
Get well soon..
Thank you.
