Suggest Medicine For Itchy Red Rashes All Over The Skin
I am doing water arobics 5 days a week . I itch so bad and get red spots on my skin so bad the pharmacy told me to try taking a antihistamine for 2 weeks to see if I get any relief . I have tried lots of lotion and showers. Is there something else I should be trying. I am 69 and don t like to take meds that might have side effects thank you

antihistamines don't have much side effects and at your condition they are only seems to be right thing to be done as definitely you are allergic to something. so relax
