For about 1 week + I ve had headache that originates at the base of my skull - top of neck. Throbbing and been indicated like a migraine. Took all Excedrin, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen to no relief. Went to urgent care, they gave me shot (believe it was pain /anti inflammatory) worked for about 4 hours. Also on pills which I believe is muscle relaxer.. still headache persists

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You can take over the counter analgesic like Acetaminophen and Paracetamol for pain relief. Don't be sleep deprived. Don't stress yourself. See your clinician for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
