is ornidazole gel is good for rosacea or acne or rashes?
and i used betnovate cream for face rashes since one year and used cosmetics also ie face foundation, rose powder from nivea etc many times and didn't took care properly after that. now my skin become pimple prone rash prone and little dull and thick . what can i do to get the glowing skin once again and i am 37 yrs old now?

Hi,
It seems that probably you may be having either rosacea or adult acne. You should discontinue steroid application,as it may worsen the condition and might produce side effects like atrophy,telangiectasia,depigmentation..etc you may continue to use ornidazole gel. You may apply clindamycine gel combined with adapalene gel. Orally, you may take azithromycine or minocycline in proper dose for few months. And you may add isotretinoin cap 10 mg daily at night till good response. Avoid stress,anxiety,sleeplessness,oily food,exposure to sun..etc cleanse the face with cetaphil lotion. You may consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. I hope you got my answer.
