Suggest Medicine For HBP After Taking Anaesthesia

Hi. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and was given anaesthesia as well as pain killers and cortisone. I ve stopped taking all of it, but my blood pressure continues to be high. I take Prexum plus and my BP has been under control (or even a little low) for some time now. Is it the medications and operation that caused this? Should I just wait for it to return to normal?
