Suggest Medications For Sinus Bradycardia

I am suffering from sinus bradycardia and after holter monitoring maximum heart beat 75 & minimum heart beat 38. Dr. suggested to implantation pacemaker. kindly suggest any medicine to control bradycardia. I am also suffering from High blood pressure and Hypothyroid. At present TSH- 11

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bradycardia then pacemaker is the best option to get rid of this medicines may not be having any role, still second opinion is must before thinking about pacing hope this information helps.
