Suggest Medications For Severe Stomach Pain

I am having terrible aching stomach pains in my upper stomach area. It’s also painful to the touch. I have had a couple bowel movements. It aches when I take deep breaths as well. The only thing I can think of is I ate a bunch of cashews yesterday around 5pm. The pain started about an hour after that and has continued since then. What can I do to relieve this pain? I am 55 and female. Thank you.

This pain in the stomach could have been due to the cashew nuts you ate.
I advise you wait and hopefully it will get better with time.
