I ve been under the weather for three weeks and I ve gained weight instead of losing. How can I get my weight under control even when I m ill without hurting myself.I set goals and am on target when I feel well but when I m down I m down, what to do.

HI and thanks for using healthcare magic.

Weight loss is certainly a daunting task and requires so much commitment over a long time. There are times you might rather put on a few kg than loosing but you should always endeavor not to go above the starting weight. A combination of diet, regular exercise and more active lifestyle is often helpful. You may need to talk to a dietitian to help recommend locally feasible diet plans for you.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
