Suggest Medications For Gastric Pain With Giddiness

i have severe gastric problem with vomiting and giddiness sometimes These days no mood to have food and once i wake up from bed felt like gidiness 1 month before, if i eat anything, i always have gidiness sensation, after that, i started homeopathy medicine, feeling little bit better now

Hi there.

I think this is a severe case of gastritis. The pain in abdomen, the nausea and the vomitting, and the loss of appetite, all add up. especially the fact that the symptoms occur in the early morning more, may go more in favour of the diagnosis of GERD.

Now homeopathy is a great system of medicine, but i Think the need of allopathy system here is more essential.
I thin a prescription of pantoprazole and sucralfate may help you.

As for the vertigo, I think its the lack of feed. So start eating a bit at a time. Avid spirits and spices.

Check FBS and blood pressure
