Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Your blood report shows a high ESR, crp and increase in leukocytes. This indicates that there is an inflammatory or infectious process running in your body. There is no treatment directed to decrease crp or ESR. These are just markers. We have to identify the real problem and treat it. You should also rule out tuberculosis by sputum test and tb PCR as this also give same clinical picture. ANA and whole rheumatologic profile tests should be done. If all these are with out any problems then a complete CT scan of body should be performed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
