General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Usually this is not a bacterial infection ( but exception may be ) but may be allergy or eczematous dermatitis .
Consult a dermatologist and get his opinion as physical examination is important in this type of cases .
2nd option is get in swab from diseased part and get in culture and drug sensitivity test and thereafter take treatment .
Good luck.
