Suggest Medications For UTI During Pregnancy

hi i am in 28th week of pregnancy and i always had uti whenever i had urine r/e. during the first trimester i used antibiotics but in the last month i used vaginal cream dalacin v for 4 days and then after two weeks vagibact for seven days now what should i do to treat it as i m afraid of using antibiotics orally. will uti harm my baby?
