Suggest Medication With Lesser Side Effects For Chronic Constipation
Hi i am sucheta mishra. I have problem of indigestion and chronic constipation. I have been taking laxative past one year. Feeling uncomfort i ask doctor. They gave me looz syrup. I want normal motions and dont want to be on laxative anylonger. Tell me about a medicine which has no long term sideeffect.

For chronic constipation you rather have a high fibre diet in daily food that will help you avoiding the medicines .
But for long term you want to consider then lactifibre powder 3 tea spoons in a glass of water daily in the night you can use later over a period you can titrate accordingly like alterate day .
If you still have constipation even after usong lactifibre then consider polyethylene glycol that is also safe .
