Suggest Medication To Substitute Insulin Injections In A Chronic Diabetic

Dear Sir,I have been suffering from diabetes for the last 20 years. Previously I used tables. Now I am total dependent on insulin injections besides tablets. I am not all interested to use insulin. Are there any medicines/tablets on par with insulin injunctions.
