Hair loss can result from metabolic disorder [low thyroid], having low
hemoglobin [anemia of varied cause], any
Autoimmune disease of the scalp [alopecia aerata], so in best interest it is wise to check with a trichologist to exclude the above causes and also go with investigations like Thyroid Function Test, serum ferritin, biopsy of skin of scalp.
1. You can start with antihair fall serum like folliseum or Anaboom anti hair fall serum twice daily and hair supplements like tablet keraglo or tablet hair bless once daily.
2. Soap nut and shikakai along with Bhringraj and Neelini oil act as a natural conditioner, you can use it safely.
- Apple, almond, banana, broccoli, cantaloupe, melon, carrot, cashew nut, corn, cauliflower, grapes, guava, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, soybean, spinach have antioxidant properties so take them in plenty.

Vitamin B1 and B2, Omega-6 and Zinc,
magnesium, biotin should be a part of regular vitamin intake, apple cider vinegar, Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, raw
aloe vera juice applied directly to the scalp.
