I read your query and I understand your concern. From the medication you are taking I see that there is only one drug for high blood pressure, Losartan, so there is place both for increasing its dose as well as adding another drug if necessary, many option out there like betablockers (metoprolol, bisoprolol), calcium channel blockers etc. They are all prescription drugs though so must be discussed with your doctor. I don t think you should hurry if there is only the one measurement though, many transitory factors can affect blood pressure, only if those high values are on repeat measurements a change in therapy is warranted. Also keep in mind that blood pressure must be measured after at least 5 minutes of rest and without having taken stimulants like coffee or tea in the preceding 30 minutes. I hope to have been of help.
