Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain Skinlite cream contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone Furoate that is a steroid and using a steroid based cream can cause side effects and pimples seems to be the side effect of steroid based cream and not ponds facewash.
Although Skinlite cream can improve your skin tone but steroid creams can cause deleterious side effects on skin and pimples seems to be due to it..
I would suggest you to stop using the cream and it can initially cause rebounding of skin darkness but atleast protect you from other side effects of the steroid cream..
You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to apply salicylic acid containing facewash..
Other depigmenting creams like those cntaining Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin can help in reducing skin pigmentation..
Vitamin C and E containing creams and exfoliating the skin with gentle scrub can help..
Limiting sun exposure can prevent increasing pigmentation due to Photosensitivity..
Always use sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
Drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
