As you know very well, there are number of molecules available in the market commercially and the most powerful and known is anabolic steroids as Decadron and others. But beware of the potential side effects of such molecules as that of liver dysfunction, teticular atrophy and others which are devastating. So I would recommend to consult your physician, get necessary basic tests of metabolism as of liver function and others , get prescription of proper medicines in accordance to that to avoid such side effects.
