Suggest Medication For Yeast Infection On The Thighs

I m a 30 yr old male and I m about positive I have male yeast infection on my inner thighs and a spot near my armpit. My line of work I stay drenched in sweat the majority of the day. I ve tried the Lamisil creams and it help but not cleared it up. Can I as a male take the AZO YEAST PLUS pills to heal this up?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fungal infection then it can be well managed with any anti-fungal treatment if this does not response then it may not be fungal infection but could be dermatitis and it can be managed with Mometasone cream hope this information helps.
