General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Any infection is difficult to heal when blood sugar is not controlled in a diabetes patient.
YOu should get your diabetes profile done/ consult a diabetologist & get your insulin adjusted so as to have n optimum blood sugar through out the day.
- Strictly follow the dietary regime advised by your dietitian.
- Be regular in daily exercises.
- Take the drugs prescribed for thrush after culture & sensitivity test .
- Apply anti trush gel on the lesion.
All of these would definitely help.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
