Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like due to compromised immunity of body, contact dermatitis , eczema, allergic reaction, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis . Need not to worry. You should take diet rich in multivitamin supplements. Apply cold compresses to whole body area to prevent itching. You should avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. You should take benadryl twice a day and avoid dry environment. You should avoid touching or pricking affected areas. You should consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test for IgE antibodies and physical examination. Doctor may prescribe anti allergic medicine , corticosteroid ointment and anti inflammatory.
