Suggest Medication For Wax In The Ears & Tiredness

My 5 year old son seems to always be tired, he is difficult to wake up and usually falls asleep when we get home in the afternoons from school. Also, he seems to have puprplish tint underneath his eyes. He gets random nose bleeds as well as phantom leg pains as we call them. Aother thing is that it seems no matter how often we clean his ears, they are contstantly showing a waxy build-up. Could this be Anemia? Or something worse? We have a doctors appointment scheduled for next week...

Hello,

It maybe due to ear wax. You can apply Waxiclean ear drops. Maintain proper hygiene. Avoid ear piercing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
