Suggest Medication For Vomiting

my frnd started of with a fever v consulted a doc n he gave her paracetamol and flexon(Orphenadrine) now her fever is down but shez constantly vomiting everytin she eats or drink comes out in a few mins as it is.....plz advice me wat 2 do v tried giving her glucose dat also came out as vomit in a couple of mins

Give her tablet metocloperamide 10mg twice a days for vomiting and ORS for rehydration. There are two possibilities, she got some gut infection and had fever and vomiting or paracetamol and flexon might be the cuase of vomiting.
