Hello Olaug!

Welcome on Healthcaremagi!

Your symptoms (dizziness when standing up) are typical of orthostatic hypotension, which could be related to anti-hypertensive therapy.
For this reason, I would recommend to temporary stop taking losartan or lisinopril and monitor your blood pressure.
A head Up Tilt test would be needed to investigate for orthostatic hypotension.
Regarding the leg swelling, it is not a common adverse effect related to the drugs that you have been taking.
For this reason, I recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes:
- a cardiac ultrasound for heart failure
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes
- Kindey and liver function tests
- a urine analysis
- a Doppler ultrasound of the leg vessels for possible chronic venous insufficiency.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
