Suggest Medication For Slight Headache On Left Side

I fell asleep with my glasses on Saturday night and woke up an hour later to a pop. It is real sore on the left side and slight headache now and then it is Wednesday and isn t any better and I have no insurance. Do I need to go to a doc or is there anything i can do myself. Thanks trish

I don't think that there is anything to worry about. It seems to be just a tension type headache, from a wrong position during sleeping and from pressure in this part of the head.

I would recommend you to take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for some days. If the situation doesn't get better, I recommend you to consult with a neurologist and perform some tests like : a routine blood test, inflammation tests, etc.
