Suggest Medication For Sleep
I am on Hydroxycine Pomeate for anxiety and to sleep. I take four pills now and it does nothing. Can you suggest something besides Klonepin and those narcotic benzoids that I can take for sleep? My mind is racing and I don t get sleep. Thank you kindly, a Texan woman. My email address YYYY@YYYY

Other than benzos For sleep, you can take melatonin. Also try to practice sleep hygiene.
