Suggest Medication For Shoulder Pain

I am A electric Lineman and I use my shoulders with any of my duties.I have Arthritis in both .Just had A bicept reattached.I went threw rehab for 6 weeks,and on my own,but still have a lot of pain and not alot of motion.I have been taking Instaflex for two weeks.Dosen't seem to help? maybe I havent giving it enough time? Also Is there other drugs out on the market that will not destroy my body if taken for any length of time? Thank you.Ronnie.

i think you should go for MRI of shoulder joint to know current status of your rota tor muscle; condition of glenohumeral joint, acromino clavicular joint. and then proceed for treatment.
