Suggest Medication For Severe Stomach Pain And Vaginal Discharge After Menstruation

I have had bad stomach pains for the past two days, they still continue. I get them once in a while throughout the day. They feel a lot like when I m on my menstrual period. What s funny is the my Last period started Jan 8th and it ended on Jan 13. My stomach never hurts like this after my period is over until it starts over. This pain randomly came up, it seems like everytime I eat it comes and goes Really bad pain is really disturbing. Sometimes I feel my stomach and it gets hard when I touch it with my fingers above my belly button. Than it gets soft. It s weird. Anyways. When my stomach hurts I usually feel a vaginal discharge of white yellowish stuff. Quite a bit of it. I don t know if it s something I should be concerned about.

Understand your concern

All this problem is due to hormonal imbalance generally seen after menstruation.
Take following advice
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine from a few days before your period until two weeks after it
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of at least 8 hours
8. If necessary take Tablet Meftal spas two times daily when severe symptoms.

Maintain hygiene like below:
1. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
2. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
3. Wear pure cotton Loose underwear
