Suggest Medication For Severe Sleep Disorder

Im having severe sleep disorder since 10, but it's just now that im old enough (20) that i came to realize that it is not normal for a person not to sleep totally overnight so often. And if im lucky enough, id be able to sleep at around 3-4am. im really bothered w/ this esp. Bcoz im not able to function well w/c i really nid for school. im female, 5'4" tall and weighs 65kg. hope to hear from you soon regarding my concern.

hiiiii

u have sleep onset sleep problem
u have to follow sleep hygiene
that are following
fix sleep schedule and stick on it
avoid daytime nap
avoid alcohol
avoid tea coffe soft drinks 3 hour before sleep
regular exercise that makes u fatigue
meditation to reduce stress
light food in dinner
light music while u sleep
use bed only when u feel sleepy
cool and calm bed room
avoid any worries and dont think much in bed if they are than write it down think ab it tomorrow

some drugs are useful like zolpidame 10 mg at bed time and tab clonazepam 05 mg etc

if any associated features than treatment of it require
