Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In Knees Due To Arthritis

hello doc i am 37years old my weight is 55kg i am suffering from both knees arthritis.my calcium level and uric acid are normal.even RA factor is negative.there is no family history also.arthritis is in advance stage.arthoscopy of my right knee is done at PGI To avoid knee replacement.after this inj. synvisc 1 was injected.still pain is unbearable and i walk with stick as adviced.please recomend me some medicine. i am taking tab.diacirin GM twice. thanks.

It is very surprising to have knee arthritis as such early age. I hope you have done MRI of the knee joint as this can tell us the cause of knee arthritis. Ra factor can be negative in rheumatoid patients. I do not think you should get knee replacement at such early age but yes you can get a high tibial osteotomy like salvage procedure for your knee.
