Suggest Medication For Severe Itching Due To Possible Scabies

I am going through what I have self diagnosed as a second case of scabies. I did see a dermatologist the first time. I was prescribed Permethrin Cream (5%) and Fluocinonide cream for itching. This did give me some relief. However, the rash/itch has returned and I did the Permethrin Cream and the itch seems to be worse. I don t know if there is another solution. I have washed all clothes and linens.

I really appreciate your concern, if symptom does not improved even after the treatment then it may not be scabies but it could be something else and hypersensitivity reaction is very likely I would suggest Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
