Suggest Medication For Severe Headache,nausea And Sore Throat
My son has a bad head-ache for more than a week now - have given him Mypaid. He also feels nauseous and lightheaded when he gets up. Sometimes its a sharp pain on the side and sometimes it s just there and it pulses - he also has a sore throat and has flem in his nose but not serious. his neck is also sore when he does sudden movements.

This looks like viral illness or migraine please. Give Paracetamol and not better, Ibuprofen. If not better, please approach medical attention.
