Suggest Medication For Severe Acid Reflux

Hi am radha from canada. Am having severe acid reflux problem. Am not able to eat any food. And my left and right shoulder blades are paining like hell. Am taking dexilant 60 mg every morning. But my problem doesnt seem to improve. Am planning to come bangalore in two days. But am really scared to travel with this severe shoulder pain. Pls give me some suggestion. I cant see a gasteroenterologist here in canada without reference.

I read and understand your question very well.
I try my level best to help you.
As you have suffering from acid reflux.
I suggest you to avoid food that causes sever gastritis like spicy , oily , pickle etc.
I give you a medicine Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg. Take this tablet once daily before half an hour of breakfast. Take once in a day.
I also advice to you keep cool and free from tension and stress. Enjoy your every day , tension and stress worsone the problem.
For your shoulder pain take Tab Ibuprofen , also apply hot water over shoulder, it give relief from this symptoms.
If symptom persist than consult a good gastroenterologist.
