Suggest Medication For Redness, Dullness And Dry Patches On The Face
Hi doctor. My skin type is combination of both dry and oily.. because of pores and redness on face, my face has lost its originality and looks very dull and looks very dark.. infact i have a fair texure...also after pregnancy a dark patch on my chin has remained..I read that this will disappear in some time with hormonal changes. .but its been 3 months after delivering baby, the patch has reduced a very little..pls suggest for pores and redness also for dark patch on chin face wash and moisturizer..currently i am using ponds face wash, lacto calamine moisturizer and faces compact..

As per your query you have symptoms of redness, dullness and dry patches on the face. I would suggest you to apply benzoyl peroxide in microbenz gel initially.
I would suggest you to use it in less quantity initially. If the redness persist for longer time then you should consult dermatologist again without any delay so that she can adjust dose or alter the medicine according your condition.
Avoid excessive exposure to sun and if ever you have to go apply sunscreen rich in SPF. Drink plenty of water. Don't wash face with any mouthwash containing much chemical ingredients, use medicated one only.
