General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is a chronic pharyngitis, with resistant bacteria, recurrence may start with the allergy or viral infection, and may be infected with the bacteria.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the throat swab for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylefrine, citrizine, and diclofenac .
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
