Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you recurring sore throat which could be due to viral pharyngitis or upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry it could be mainly due to increased susceptibility of your body to get infected due to poor immunity. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles or betadine gargles 2-3 times a day and start vitamin C tablet for 10 days. You should take combination of Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen. You should take steam inhalation along with vaporizer. Keep sipping warm water. Drink hot milk along with pinch of turmeric. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. Start treatment once proper diagnosis is ruled out.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
