hi i suffer from sinus and migraine frequently .i m asthamatic too..i use to take disprin for headaces since last so many years and it use to work on me and suit me..paracetamol never helped me,,as disprin is not available in market now what alternate medicine should i take now similar to disprin

I think you can use Advil or ibuprofen for this headache. Get evaluated by an ENT doctor to check for possible causes if migraine related to sinus issues.
