Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi Mr. Vikram Rathore,

You seem to be suffering from premature ejaculation. It is a condition where a person ejaculates much earlier than him or his partner attaining sexual satisfaction.

I would suggest you visit a psychiatrist. Medications as well as behavior therapy will help in your condition. Medications will include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like paroxetine daily daily or dapoxetine taken on SOS basis. Behavior therapy will include relaxation exercises, sex education ad methods like squeeze and distraction. If you have a regular partner, attending sessions together will greatly enhance chances of success.

Best wishes.
