Suggest Medication For Pain And Discomfort In Stomach
19 years old, male, no problems rly before...
Since yesturday morning I had a stomachake but it hurt only a bit, almost didnt feal, and it stoped thru the day. A few minutes ago I eat food again and I have big pain in my stomach. it's like someone cuts me in stomach every 10-20 secouns or so, continously. I felt like i gonna throw up but it passed me after a few sec, so I can't throw up. :/

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here, it seems to be pain due to gastritis and it must be associated with the acid peptic disease, here the possibility of peptic ulcer need to be ruled out.
Sever abdomen pain after meal could be suggestive of peptic ulcer, and to rule this out the best investigation is, barium meal study, if it is the confirmed ulcerative condition then it has to be managed accordingly, till then PPI can be tried and the best drug is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, it has to be continue till six weeks and may be continue once the ulcer being diagnosed
