Suggest Medication For Nasal Congestion Causing Breathing Difficulty

I had fever , running nose and cough n plegm since 3 days back for which I have been taking Dolo 650. My fever has reduced while cough n cold still persists. Night I am not able to have proper sleep as I feel congested due to cold. Please suggest me as to what I should be taking for immediate relief.

Hello
You are taking dolo 650 mg i.e. paracetamol, but this is only an anti pyretic ,it means decreases temperature ( symptomatic relief not treatment ).
Since you are also having cold and cough with difficulty in breathing due to congestion .
When such patient visit I advise my patient to take montelukast+ bambuterol tablet once or twice in day .
Also take some dextromethorpahn + chlorampheniramine maleat+ menthol syrup.
