Suggest Medication For Mild Cramping, dizziness And Vomiting

Hi, my roomate had mcdonald last night, she had chicken apple pies (3)
and a hamburger , but the hamburger had sat after being made in a uhc
( heating unit they use) for about an hour. That was between 3:30 and 6:00 pm. At 12:30 am she complained of mild cramping, and when she stood up felt a little bit light headed, so we went to bed. At 2:30 she woke up vommiting, and it's now 8:31 and she's dry heaved a few times and thrown up bile probably 6 times. She has no diareha fever pains, or lightheadedness, what could this be ?

Hello,

She may be suffering from acute food poisoning, so it is treated with symptomatically. Use anti-emetic medicine like tablet Zofer twice a day for five days.

Check for electrolyte loss and metabolic alkalosis. If the symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
