Suggest Medication For Lower Abdominal Pain

Ive had lower abdominal pain for the past 3 days, i thought it was gas but i pass wind frequently, i thought i was constipated but ive made bowel movements. Its aches severly and hurts to touch. It hurts when i laugh or make sudden movements and it hurts during intercourse. Do i need to see a doctor? Or is there a simple explaination. Oh and i have the coil. I worry it might be that.

Hello

Yes, you need to see a doctor since what you're describing is called rebound abdominal pain. That might indicate appendicitis, diverticulitis, or perhaps a ruptured ovarian cyst with bleeding.

I would get blood work and an abdominal/pelvic ct scan with contrast were I your doctor
